Our best tilting parasol is the Solero Fratello tilting parasol

Tilting parasols, one of our best selling products and we completely understand why. A regular cantilever parasol is easy in use because of the big space underneath the umbrella without a pole standing in your way. The added value of a tilting parasol is the ability of tilting the cloth when the sun goes down, or comes up. The beautiful hours in the morning or evening are breathtaking, but unfortunately also blinding. By tilting your umbrella, you provide a big amount of shadow, this way, the sun follows the sun, and the shade follows you. The hours in the morning or evening are those moments you sit outside and eat your breakfast or dinner with family. You don’t want to be blinded during these important moments, and with a tilting parasol you won’t.

Because of this possibility, the parasol has an added crank handle, it is not a real disadvantage, but before closing the umbrella you have to make sure the cloth is not tilted, this will make it easier to close the tilting parasol. This tilting option is only provided by the Solero Fratello parasol and is the only option that makes a difference between the Solero Laterna, which is a cantilever and tilting parasol, and the Solero Fratello, which is a tilting parasol into three directions.

Other examples of tilting cantilever parasols are the Solero Cielo and the Solero Palestro, both different in size and design.

Our best tilting parasol is the Solero Fratello tilting parasol, not only is this parasol tilting backwards, it also tilts sideways. So with the option of tilting backwards, sideways and turning the whole umbrella your tilting parasol is literally following the sun around all day. The perfect way of protection yourself and your family from the lovely but yet damaging sun.

Garden parasols provides you the possibility of staying outside during a summery rain shower

Garden parasols are available in various shapes, sizes and colours. We have a wide range of products from which we can choose the best fit for your garden, patio or terrace. Turn your garden into a place to lounge with a solid garden parasol that is both fade as water resistant. Create your own Solero-moment and be well advised on all the options and benefits we offer.
Just imagine your garden, what is your favourite place to lounge, or maybe to eat or play? Wouldn’t it be great if you could do all of those things, while enjoying the cool shadow instead of a burning sun on your head. On top of this, the garden parasol provides you the possibility of staying outside, during a summery rain shower. Especially in spring or summer time, those showers only last for 10 minutes, wouldn’t it be great if you could sit underneath, wait for a few minutes while staying dry, to spend the rest of your day, enjoying your garden?

All of this is possible under a Solero garden parasol. To be honest, a real Solero garden parasol isn’t a real garden parasol, because all of our products are made for professional use. But with the growing demand of professional garden parasols, we decided to add these models to our collection.
A good advice from an experienced expert is important. Have yourself informed and surprised by making an appointment in our showroom. It will be our pleasure to inspire and advise you, off course we hope our website has taken the first step in that process. Solero Parasols represents a large choice and an honest, solid advice for your situation. Also good to know: We carry a large stock of spare parts and cloths.

Our garden parasols are outstanding, from high quality and perform well during rain and shine. Garden parasols can be placed on a slab base, but also on a ground anchor, both solutions have their own advantages. Most clients choose for a slab base, but if there is a possibility to place a ground anchor, the result is even better.

Cantilever Parasols of Various Sizes and Ways

Besides middle pole parasols, we also provide cantilever parasols, maybe better known as overhanging parasols or even banana parasols. Questions which arise are; what are the advantages, the disadvantages, the available sizes and the way of mounting the umbrella on it’s base or into the ground.

The biggest advantage of a cantilever parasol is the amount of space that is available without a base standing in the way, the base is always placed on the side of the umbrella. In most cases the base is placed on the flat side of the cloth, but for other models the base is placed on the corner of the cloth. The advantage of the placement of the base depends on the way the cantilever parasol will be placed into your garden.
A disadvantage of a cantilever parasol is the way of folding in together, a cantilever parasol closes towards it’s base and therefor is somewhat lower than a regular middle pole parasol. We take care of this problem, by using the possibility of turning the cantilever parasol. By doing so, the umbrella is able to close without knocking over any chairs or other furniture in your backyard. This way, it is very easy to close the umbrella, without moving your stuff around, or without having to buy a telescopic parasol which is –in most cases-  more expensive and even bigger when closed.

The cantilever parasols come in various sizes, from small to large. The available sizes on stock are; 260*260cm the Solero Cielo cantilever parasol, 300*300cm, 350cm round, both Solero Laterna cantilever parasols, 300*400cm and 400*400cm, both Solero Palestro cantilever parasols. Besides the regular sizes we also provide rectangular cantilever parasols and round cantilever parasols.

We are able to mount the cantilever parasols in various ways, an example is using a ground anchor, or a slab base. We also provides shrivel wheels to add tot he slab base, so you can easily move your cantilever parasol around your garden if necessary. An advantage of a ground anchor is the stability of the parasol, by the heavy weight of the concrete the parasol is very stable, besides that, it is impossible to hurt your feet by passing by the ground anchor. It can be very painful if you hurt your feet to a slab base while moving around in your garden on flipflops. Besides that, a ground anchor is invisible and therefor the nicest looking solution.
